NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE PORT STANLEY BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA 

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the members of the Port Stanley Business Improvement Area has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Port Stanley Arena and Community Centre, 332 Carlow Road (upstairs).

The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed 2025 BIA Budget to the membership of the BIA and review initiatives for the coming year. A copy of the proposed 2025 Budget is attached.

Each member of the Port Stanley Business Improvement Area has one vote regardless of the number of properties that the member may own or lease in the improvement area. A corporate member of the Port Stanley Business Improvement Area may nominate in writing one individual to vote on behalf of the corporation.
