Highway 4 Widening and Proposed Talbotville Bypass & Highway 3 Twinning
Ontario Transportation (MTO) has retained Stantec to complete the Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, and Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study to address the future needs of the Highway 3 corridor from Highway 4 near the village of Talbotville in the Township of Southwold to Centennial Road in the City of St. Thomas and Municipality of Central Elgin
A Public Information Centre (PIC) is being held to provide the public and stakeholders with an opportunity to review the transportation needs assessment, existing conditions, alternatives to the undertaking and comment on project activities to date.
